Return and Refund Policy

Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the receipt of product. Our delivery agent will pickup the return package from your doorstep. Incase there is unavailability of delivery agent in your area, then the customer will have to ship the product themselves. Fitmaa.com will refund the shipping amount paid by the customer, to ship the product to Fitmaa Warehouse.

Refund Policy

Customer will receive a full refund within 24-48 hours after the return package has been picked up by the delivery agent.

Exchange Policy

Customer can request an exchange of the product for different colour or size. Exchange products are dispatched within 24-48 hours after the return package has been pickup up by the delivery agent.
